PrintStation ("the App") is developed and maintained by PrintStation. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. The short version: we don't collect any.
PrintStation does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App operates entirely on your local device and does not communicate with any external servers.
All image processing, template rendering, face detection, and print operations happen locally on your Mac. Your photos never leave your device. PrintStation does not upload images, metadata, or any other content to the internet.
PrintStation does not include any analytics frameworks, tracking pixels, crash reporting services, or telemetry of any kind. We have no way to know how you use the App, and that is by design.
PrintStation does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the App.
PrintStation accesses the local filesystem solely for the folders you explicitly select as hotfolders. The App reads image files from these folders for the purpose of printing. It does not access any other files or directories on your system.
PrintStation accesses printers connected to your Mac solely for the purpose of printing photos. Print data is sent directly from your Mac to your printer and is not routed through any external service.
PrintStation does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect user data. The App has no network dependencies and functions fully offline.
Because PrintStation does not collect any data from any user, it is inherently compliant with children's privacy regulations including COPPA.
If we ever update this Privacy Policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Given our commitment to not collecting data, we do not anticipate significant changes.
